Momentum Outbound has been retained by a fast-growing SaaS company preparing for a major public launch in 2026.
Our client operates within the B2B sales and GTM technology space and is entering an accelerated growth phase ahead of a high-profile industry exhibition. They are now seeking a commercially sharp Growth Marketing Manager to play a central role in shaping and executing their go-to-market activity.
This is a high-ownership role within an ambitious, product-led environment.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Working closely with leadership, you will contribute to positioning, messaging and campaign development while also leading hands-on delivery across website, content, launch activity and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market & Campaign Strategy
Contribute to ICP segmentation and messaging hierarchy
Support positioning and value proposition development
Help shape launch and post-launch campaign roadmap
Assist in structuring early adopter and promotional campaigns
Translate product capability into commercial narrative
Website & Landing Page Development
Develop and refine website messaging
Write high-conversion landing pages
Structure product and feature explanations
Develop FAQs and objection-handling content
Work alongside design and development teams
Ensure strong conversion thinking across all digital assets
Content & Growth Marketing
Build and manage structured content calendar
Draft founder-led and brand LinkedIn content
Develop email sequences and nurture flows
Create educational and positioning-led content
Support ongoing optimization of funnel messaging
Exhibition & Launch Activation
Develop exhibition messaging strategy
Structure lead capture and activation processes
Support live content and social activity
Create structured follow-up campaigns
Ensure leads transition effectively into pipeline
Creative & Video Capability
The successful candidate will be hands-on with content creation, including: Creating clean, professional social graphics
Designing simple visual assets and presentation decks
Producing short-form video content
Editing product clips and launch teasers
Adding captions and light motion elements
This is not a pure design role, but creative fluency is essential.
Experience Required
4–5 years B2B marketing experience
Experience within SaaS or technology environments
Strong conversion copywriting capability
Experience building or contributing to SaaS websites
Experience running launch or growth campaigns
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments Design and video editing proficiency (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, Premiere or similar)
Desirable: Exposure to outbound or GTM-led businesses. Experience supporting exhibition or event-led marketing Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership
